ColdMist’s Probe Rotary Atomiser is a revolutionary Dust Suppression System that uses a rotating metal gauze cylinder to create droplets of uniformed size. The Atomiser works by injecting water into the cylinder head spinning at 12,000 rpm, dividing the liquid into an incredible 238 billion droplets per liter!

Main Advantages

The pattern and droplets formed by the Probe Atomiser result in a dramatic increase in efficiency . Using centrifugal force to create the perfect droplet size reduces wasted liquid which is produced by conventional nozzle systems. Large droplets waste water because they do not adhere to particulates in the air and fall to the ground too early. On the other hand, droplets that are too fine can drift away from the target area and evaporate too quickly. The IDEAL is a consistent spray pattern with uniform droplet size.

Our Probe Atomiser comes with a flowmeter as standard, which allows a variable flow of liquid into the Rotary head. The flow rates can be regulated from 1 Lt/hour up to 180Lt/hour easily and quickly. This unit effectively covers an incredible range of up to 25 meters (80 feet!)

ProSorb

The Rotary Atomiser, used in conjunction with our Prosorb Atmospheric Cleanser can increase dust absorption by up to 400%. Disinfection of the water supply has the added advantage of reducing the risk of contamination by pathogens such as Legionella. ProSorb is 100% biodegradable, odourless and harmless to humans/animals.
