Low Volume Spraying
How low do you go? low volume
spraying, from a few cc's per minute on up, can be problematic-
especially if the material is viscous or abrasive. But not with a
rotary atomizer- from cc's to liters per minute, they just keep
spraying, over a wide range of droplet spectra.
Rotary
atomizers are perfect for ultra-low-volume applications where a radial
spray pattern and high diffusion rates are desired. Application rates
down to an ounce or less per minute are easily handled.

Straight materials, even with
viscosities over 10,000 centipoise (shown below), can be atomized with
