Single Stage Atomisers

Single-stage atomizers deliver coarse droplet atomization with superior resistance to clogging and abrasion. Available in hydraulic or electric powered configurations.

 

  • Creates radial droplet patterns with a spray radius from 2.5 – 13 feet (0.8 – 4 meters)
  • Handles chemical flow rates up to 12 gallons per minute (26.5 liters per minute)
  • Droplet spectra from 250 – 1000+ microns in diameter (what's a micron?)
  • Spray heavy or viscous suspensions with suspended particulate as large as .150" (3.8 mm)

  • Flow Rate- 0-4 gpm, optimum range 1.5 to 4 GPM
