Industrial Odour Control Systems

A MAJOR breakthrough in neutralising industrial odour is by “capturing” mal-odourous molecules and destroying them - rather than simply masking them! Designed to be heavily diluted in water and sprayed onto odour causing molecules in the air, Airopure™ chemical combines with the odouriferous particles to make them safe and odourless and then pulls them down to the ground. This is achieved using atomised , micro water droplets  as the carrier of the chemical. The minute droplets are lightweight and remain airborne for extended periods giving them a dramatically increased range - compared to alternate spraying methods. Atomising the water is made possible by various means including - high pressure pump and nozzle misting systems, rotary atomiser units and centrifugal water fracturing devices.

Why Odour Control is vital

Industrial odours are a major environmental problem. They can create an unpleasant working environment, which is obviously of concern to those who are required to work there. Of great concern also is the effect such odours may have on residents who live near industrial premises.

More importantly, long-term exposure to industrial odours is a kind of passive form of pollution. There is the prospect of long-term damage to health, with the associated environmental and legal issues that would arise.

Fogmaster DM 7421 Odour Control system - this ultra low volume (ULV) fogger provides greater penetration and diffusion of fog, allowing more concentrated odour control solutions to be dispersed and shortening chemical application times.

Installed directly in the water supply line, the Dosatron™ system operates without electricity and is important in the prevention of Legionella and other water borne pathogens.

Using the flow of water as the power source instead, the water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate injecting it into the water.

The ColdMist PRO-Series Water Atomizers produce a high-volume, ultrafine mist and being nozzle-free will not clog. Spray droplets of varying micron sizes – from 20 µ to 150 µ – can be achieved. These systems are extremely easy to install and operate and provide evaporative solutions  for a diverse range of industrial applications.
